The current site uses browser storage for the enquiry basket, an enquiry draft created at the user's request, and storage-notice acknowledgement.

Current storage

pinnacleCart: keeps products selected for an enquiry. pinnacleEnquiryDraft: transfers the user's selected products to the enquiry form. pinnacleStorageNotice: remembers that the storage notice was acknowledged.

Analytics and marketing

Do not add analytics, tracking pixels, advertising tags, or marketing cookies until a proper consent banner and privacy review are complete.

How to clear storage

Users can clear browser site data in their browser settings. The enquiry basket, draft and notice preference will then be removed from that device.

Reference guidance

Browser storage and similar technologies can fall within UK privacy rules. The deployed site must be scanned again after hosting, form processing, analytics or other third-party services are connected. This policy and the consent mechanism must be updated before any non-essential technology is enabled.
